How our school district benefits from mental wellness support:

We are all facing unprecedented times and are experiencing alarming stresses in many areas in our lives. To provide our students and staff with the mental health support they need to overcome these challenges, our district is partnering with Thrive Alliance Group, an expert provider of a variety of mental wellness support
programs for schools.

Thrive mental wellness programs lead to improved student achievement, increased staff retention, and lower costs for school districts, due to reducing the need for placing struggling students in expensive out-of-district therapeutic programs. Thrive also helps schools to build a climate and culture that supports and nurtures mental wellness.

What does Thrive mental wellness support include?
Thrive provides a range of services to help our school meet the mental wellness needs of our students, staff, and community, including:
● Counseling services, including individual, family, and group counseling for students struggling with mental health issues that interfere with learning.
● Staff training and coaching to empower our teachers, school psychologists and administrators
with the knowledge and resources they need to support students and one another.
● Mental health workshops to help our staff, students, and families learn more about mental health

Thrive services are available to both general education and special education with an emphasis on early intervention to prevent escalation of issues. Thrive’s focus is on the whole student and they are strongly committed to our students' intellectual and emotional growth.
